Destination Management (license
No. 2TA001144), are for participating delegates
and accompanying persons of the 11th International
Symposium on the Genetics of Industrial Microorganisms.
Reservations should reach arinex
Destination Management
no later than 14 May 2010 and full payment
is required at that time. No space on tours
will be reserved without payment. Bookings
will be acknowledged and participants advised
of final details closer to the 11th International
Symposium on the Genetics of Industrial Microorganisms.
Further details can be supplied in a more detailed
day-by-day itinerary when requested.
Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended
for all tours. For any outdoor tours we recommend
that participants bring sun protection cream,
sunhat and sunglasses.

Maximum Numbers
The number of participants on ALL tours is limited
and places will be allocated strictly in order
of receipt of payment.
Minimum Numbers
All tours are based on a minimum number of participants.
If minimum numbers are not reached, alternative
arrangements or a complete refund may need to
be made.
Airfares
Domestic airfares are not included in the ground
cost of the tour. Once your flight schedule
for the post tour is confirmed, please email
the details to the arinex Destination Management,
gim2010@arinex.com.au to arrange your airport
transfers.
Cancellation
Fees
Prior to 14 May 2010, full refund less A$100
administration fee applies. After this date
no refunds will be applicable.
Late Fees
If bookings are received for post tours after
14 May 2010, a late fee of A$100 per booking
will be applicable.
